Describe what you would like us to do:

oraculum (Packager Dashboard backend) consumes api key from our secrets/oraculum_bz_api_key variable. The key has expired, and all bugzilla calls for data refresh now fail. Also, the key is managed by infra, and not present in my bz account.

Could it be refreshed?

Ugh. yeah, I noticed this a while ago and was going to get a new one, but then I never did. ;(
