We have some boards in this repo which are wildly out of date, e.g. stuff in the "Backlog" column that was done years ago. This is confusing and discouraging to newcomers trying to get oriented.

nirik mentioned that there may be some Pagure bugs in the way of this cleanup, so:
- Ideally: delete all unused boards
- Acceptable: remove all tickets
- Minimal: move everything over to Done.

I don't think we should let this linger until everything is on Forgejo.

I was holding off on this since I recall there were some bugs around deleting boards.

I looked today and found https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/5016 so it sounds like it should be ok as long as we don't try and delete the last one.

I'll wait until after beta freeze and then try and do this.

So... it won't let me actually delete the old boards. ;(

However, I can mark them 'inactive' and they no longer appear, so that should help.
