A while back, I requested that Template:QA/Test_Case be locked as people were inadvertently editing the main template instead of the transcluded page. I'd like to make a change to the template now but am not able to.

I'd like to request unlocking the template for edits. I will then add the text ''NOEDITSECTION'' which I believe will no longer display the ''[edit]'' links on pages that include the template.
