Other EPEL lists were created (as I recall) directly on lists.fp.o so were never migrated.

Yes, the other lists were directly created at lists.fp.o. Is there a timeframe when the migration will happen?

epel-devel was not listed. its planned to do it in the future but its not a bug or an issue.

It'S true, that it was not explicitly listed, but implicitly by the announcement that "all Fedora related mailing lists that are currently hosted at redhat.com will be migrated to lists.fedoraproject.org"
