Federa Legacy project has shutdown for a long time now. It is best to redirect http://www.fedoralegacy.org/ to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legacy and get rid of all the outdated information in either places.
You might also want to close to Fedora Legacy mailing list after sending out a final notice.
Fedora project doesn't own the fedoralegacy domain, nor DNS for it.
The mailing list has already been shut down.
It was at the request of the remaining Legacy users that the website stay up with the relevant info regarding the shut down of the project. This will remain.
