Deleted in pkgdb

Cannot fully remove git repo:

[limb@pkgs02 repositories][PROD]$ rm -rf python3-doctutils.git/
rm: cannot remove ‘python3-doctutils.git/hooks/post-receive-chained.d/post-receive-email’: Permission denied
rm: cannot remove ‘python3-doctutils.git/hooks/post-receive-chained.d/post-receive-fedmsg’: Permission denied
rm: cannot remove ‘python3-doctutils.git/hooks/post-receive-chained.d/post-receive-alternativearch’: Permission denied

Also need to remove python-sphinx_gallery - see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1395396

For the doctutils issue - it might be helpful in the package creation script checked that the name in the bugzilla summary matched the name of the spec file and the name in the spec file.

Both repos have been removed from the filesystem.
