The service has been down for several days. I realize it is not a guaranteed service, however if it is possible to know an ETA that would be helpful.
The issue is that it was upgraded to f26 and the jenkins openid plugin is completely broken. ;(
I can bring it back up for jobs, but we can't auth to it until we get the plugin fixed.
Java development gurus welcome to assist.
Note that jenkins-openid-plugin is not available in Fedora 26 (it was retired, by me IIRC). Installed package is from Fedora 24/25. Moreover, Jenkins and most (if not all) of its plugins are FTBFS for long time (see https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/search?q=jenkins) and will also be retired by rel-eng sooner or later.
I'm painfully aware. :disappointed:
I don't think just powering it off is an option, so we are going to try and fix the plugin short term and figure out what to do longer term.
I wonder if @bstinson would be able to work with us to move the jobs to the CentOS CI and we could just turn down this machine?
I'm game, we could host a 'migration' Jenkins in our openshift environment to get you back up and running in the meantime if that would help as well.
Thanks Brian. I do think that collaboration is our best option here.
Yeah. We talked about this at flock and that seems like the way to go definitely.
Will try and meet up with @bstinson and plan what we need to do here.
Should be fixed. http://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/commit/?id=94fc3b0
