Sadly in mailman3 the only way to tell is to be a site admin and look at the list or mail the list-owner alias and ask the list owners to say. There may be an upstream bug to fix this.
In the mean time if you need a lookup, feel free to file a ticket or drop by #fedora-admin on freenode.
