Create a new FAS group (community-blog) and please set me as an admin

Explanation

I want to split the core Fedora CommOps team away from the Community Blog, so we can recognize repeat writers and promote editors as admins in the group. We were in a situation where a lot of people in our FAS group were active Community Blog writers, but not a part of our core team operations.
