Recently a change broke the routing policy for fedmsg. "librariesio2fedmsg-librariesio2fedmsg.app.os.fedoraproject.org" is the hostname sending out the "org.fedoraproject.stg.sse2fedmsg.librariesio" topic.
Fixed. We need to get this added to fedmsg-meta...
