All mbs.stage builds seem to be failing after building components with reason 'modulemd'.

@mprahl tracked this down to a MBS bug where it is still looking for a version of modulemd to list in the Koji build data, even though MBS is now using libmodulemd instead. He's working on a fix. (Installing the modulemd package on the machine would be a temporary workaround.)
