Describe what you need us to do:
I need OSBS to be able to trigger composes in ODCS. Currently I get the following error

raised an exception: HTTPError(u'401 Client Error: UNAUTHORIZED for url: https://odcs.stg.fedoraproject.org/api/1/composes/',)

When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
today if possible
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

I believe we need to OSBS to the odcs_allowed_clients_groups here

@cverna, go for it. Do you have rights to push out the change yourself?

I just gave sysadmin-osbs rights to run groups/odcs.yml and manual/upgrade/odcs.yml. Since OSBS is growing a dep on ODCS, please consider sysadmin-osbs to have full rights to make any ODCS changes they/you see fit.

Closing this, thanks to @mizdebsk investigation the OIDC token we are using does not have all the required scopes.
