#7081 Add cverna to bodhi-sysadmin
Closed: Will Not/Can Not fix 5 years ago Opened 5 years ago by cverna.

  • Describe what you need us to do:
I would like to start testing bodhi container updates in our staging environment, for that I would like to be added to bodhi-sysadmin group so that I can login to the bodhi-backend box.

I would also like to be able to run playbooks/groups/bodhi-backend.yml but I guess that would come with being part of the bodhi-sysadmin group

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    when possible
  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

I'm ok with adding cverna to that group.

@mohanboddu @puiterwijk @smooge any objections? (or anyone else I forgot)

Feel free to say here or just contact me privately.

+1 from me.

@kevin any news on that ticket :)

@cverna I'd like to ask why you want this access, what are you trying to do?
Just read-access, or also writing to the systems?
Also, the requesti s about only staging, right?

So I wanted to test container updates, when I opened the ticket Randy was on PTO, now that he is back I can ask him to do the steps that requires 'writting' permissions.

I would just need to be able to access bodhi logs in order to see what is happening. And yes only staging is fine.
