[till@f28-test ~][PROD]$ sudo -i sudo: PAM account management error: Authentication service cannot retrieve authentication info

I and possibly other maintainers cannot install packages on f28-test.fedorainfracloud.org
I looked at this some the other day and couldn't find a fix.
It affects all the maintainer-test machines. It has something to do with authconfig and our nssdb user setup with fasClient. Further investigation needed.

I was looking at this issue, and I didn't know where to start. Also, I commented it in the Aprentice Office Hours, and we saw that is not related to nvm.
Would be good to get @x3mboy some pointers here, of what what/where he can start looking at to investigate this issue :shell:
@x3mboy I will give you root access to the machine (I can't right now, I'll try tomorrow). You will be able to ssh in there, create non-root account for yourself, add it to sudoers and try to sudo from it. Currently it is expected not to work. Then you'll be able to investigate the problem, come up with a solution and try implementing it. Once you have a fix, post your results to this ticket. Or better, prepare a patch for ansible repository.
I will also give you access to rawhide-test machine, where sudo works. It used to be broken, but after some big update it fixed itself. You will be able to take advantage of a working machine to compare working setup and package sets with broken ones.
This now seems to be solved after updates/tweaking last week.
