https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-libNeuroML is not in the packages application yet. This is similar to NEST not being there before (#7316). https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-PyLEMS isn't there either.
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) NA
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) NA
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? NA
is it too soon for them to turn up there maybe? How long should one wait after a new package has been imported to SCM to see it in the packages application? python-libNeuroML was imported a few days ago, and python-PyLEMS was imported about half a day ago.
Both of those are present now.
I'm not sure how often it gets new packages. @cverna can you chime in?

There is a fedmsg consumer that listen for mdapi messages. But this is currently turned off since it breaks the already existing index.
I will be deploying a new version of packages this week and rebuild the index.
These packages are there, so I am going to go ahead and close this now.

Sure. There are still other packages missing, https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/s/python-duecredit, for example. SCM was created 10 days ago. I'm hoping the new version of packages will fix it.
