Issue #8030: Users are not getting added to groups - fedora-infrastructure

aymenq is in the packagers group but fasClient -if on bastion is not adding them to the appropriate groups in /etc/aliases

Smooge forgot that aliases updates require fasClient -a. This fixes the issue
