#8215 Sudo access on mbs-frontend0x.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org
Closed: Fixed 4 years ago by mizdebsk. Opened 4 years ago by mprahl.

Now that #8206 is complete, I'd like to migrate MBS stage to use libmodulemd2 from EPEL. This requires a complicated yum transaction, so I need to do this on the server itself and not through an existing Ansible playbook. I have sudo access on the stage backend server, but I don't have sudo access on the stage frontend servers:
mbs-frontend01.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org
mbs-frontend02.stg.phx2.fedoraproject.org

Could you please give the mbs-admins group sudo access to these servers? If that is not possible, I can send the yum shell commands to run on those servers.

Thank you for your help.

I've granted sysadmin-mbs temporary sudo access on staging frontends. Please let me know once you are done with the update and no longer need sudo there.

@mizdebsk thank you. I'm all set with stage. I filed a separate ticket for production at #8217.

Sudo access has been revoked.
