mark1392 spammed on AskFedora so we've deleted this account from there. May also be worth blocking it in FAS.

Odd. He was already deactivated due to spam check.

Perhaps our discourse plugin needs to be adjusted to make sure it doesn't allow non activated accounts...

Anyhow, they are blocked.
