I'd like to add a avatar (picture) to my Fedora users list and PAGURE accounts, and my Redhat Bugzilla account. But when I go to the Libavatar page (https://cdn.libravatar.org/) and try to log in, none of my Fedora and Redhat logins work. Which login am I supposed to use?

That login is for a local account with libravatar. There's a button to make one.

You can however use openid. Just click on openid and pass it 'id.fedoraproject.org' and it will use your fedora project account to login. :)
