Starting around 2020-01-28 20:00 UTC, users started to note that fedpkg update was timing out:

Could not execute update: Could not generate update request: ServerError(https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/, 504, Error returned from json module while processing b'https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/': b'Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)'
b"<html><body><h1>504 Gateway Time-out</h1>\nThe server didn't respond in time.\n</body></html>\n")

However it did seem to actually create the bodhi entries for the update. I am too tired to debug so opening a ticket to remind myself or someone who has some sleep to do so.

This seems to have fixed itself
