We need #fedora-social-hour registered with Freenode chanserv, because ops via chanserv is required for Matrix to allow us to synchronize #fedora-social-hour on freenode IRC with the Matrix #fedora-social-hour channel. Because it's in the #fedora-* namespace, we need your help in getting this set up. My account on Freenode (mizmo) will need chan ops so I can do it on the matrix side.

It would be nice to have this completed before April 21 so we have time to set up IRC for the Fedora Social Hour after the one tomorrow, but it's really not super urgent.

I've registered it (and gave you op permissions.)
