For some reason sudo using yubikey auth isn't working right in iad2.

I did see a few errors in the yubikey pod, but not sure why, needs further investigation.

Note that I did get otp working fine, so everyone should use that for now.

This is now fixed. It was a incorrect db setting causing it to try and talk to the phx2 db.
