Describe what you would like us to do:

I am trying to help a new(ish) packager, Erich Eickmeyer (eeickmeyer). He reports in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1840914#c3 that he is unable to make changes to a bugzilla ticket while acting in the capacity of a reviewer, even though he was sponsored into the packager group on March 5. His bugzilla email address matches the one in FAS. Can someone check why he is unable to set review flags, etc.?

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

No particular deadline.

So process that normally does that is basically broken at the moment. We have a new one ready but that has not been deployed yet. I'll be looking at deploying it in a couple of weeks when the pressure due to the new datacenter will be lower.

In the mean time, I've just run the script for that user who has been added to the fedora_contrib group in bugzilla and thus should be able to set flags there.
