Get the docs site building again, it's not building since last week.

When do you need this to be done by? (2020/06/08)

We have a test day on Monday (06/08) where we are referring to some recent changes we made in the docs. We'd like to have those in the actual documentation for people to follow.

Doc builds are broken due to a problem in openshift. It is being worked on. We are in the middle of a datacentre move so I can not guarentee it will be fixed soon.
