All of the members should be able to run sudo /bin/rbac-playbook playbooks/openshift-apps/monitor-gaing.yml to update the monitor gating python script running on openshift, and change its projects settings through the ansible playbook.

The sysadmin-test group sounds like a reasonable group to have the privilege to mess with a infra testing/monitoring script.
