@dcavalca and I made fixes to Koji and Mock so that we can get the armhfp images using Btrfs to build.

We need these rolled out ASAP so that image builds trying to use Btrfs will stop failing.

The Mock patch is included in the mock 2.4 release that has been submitted to Bodhi:
