#9140 armv7 scratch builds get schelduled on aarch64 koji builders, dnf/build fails

It seems that (scratch) builds intended for armv7 land on aarch64 builders. This leading to the build failure package XXX.fc33.armv7hl is intended for a different architecture during the root setup.

I suspect we need to take this out of the default group so image builds can land here for armhfp but not standard builds

Oops. yes, I added those yesterday and they were intended to just be in image... I forgot to remove them from default. ;(
