Bodhi used to host its docs at https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/docs, and you can see that it references this URL in the footer.
I implemented this in its httpd config a couple or three years ago, but it seems like it is not working now. There should be a bodhi-docs package (or similar), if I recall, which installs the rendered docs onto the server in /usr/share/docs, and then the httpd config simply served those files under that URL. My guess is that the httpd config is no longer set to do this, but I haven't checked to verify.
/usr/share/docs
There is an upstream ticket about that :) https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/4066
