I'm trying to kickstart a Lua SIG, and per @churchyard 's recommendation it looks like we'd need the following:
see https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/TQ4C7RPPCEYQIAQJFERQF5YB2A7ZTV5R/
I'm a bit fuzzy on the specifics - e.g. how to link the FAS group with its mailing list, but the idea is the lua-packagers-sig FAS group will gradually get added to core Lua packages so the members get cc:ed on issues and can carry out larger refactors.

The two lists have been created:
You've been made an admin for both of them and should have received a notification about it.
The group has also been created in FAS: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/group/view/lua-packagers-sig
There is however, no link between mailman and FAS, so adding people to FAS will not add them to the mailing list.
Now, we need you to create a bugzilla account for the mailing list: lua-packagers-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org and enter that address in the Mailing List field of the group in FAS (see the edit page for the group).
Mailing List
Once both steps are done, we will be able to create the group in dist-git and you'll be able to start using it :)
Thanks @pingou ! Do you know how other SIGs manage the password for that bugzilla account? Having one person hold it seems... dangerous.
OK, Bugzilla account created and listed in the FAS group.
I honestly don't know, however, if there are multiple admins of the mailing lists they can always use the password recovery method to change it if needed.
You may just need to configure the list to allow some of the bugzilla emails to go through, not all of them.
I've created the group on dist-git: https://src.fedoraproject.org/group/lua-packagers-sig
I've also fixed the Mailing List field in FAS to be the email address of the list, ie: lua-packagers-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org
lua-packagers-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org
Let us know if you need anything! :)

I think that's it, thanks @pingou !
