Also, I would suggest that a member of the accounts group change the FAS account satellit to 'inactive'

I already unsubscribed satellit from devel, and then I did a postgres query to find all of the other lists he was subscribed to, and used the https://lists.fedoraproject.org web interface to remove him from every list. Leaving ticket open until accounts can set the FAS account to inactive.
I have set the account as Disabled. My sincerest condoleance :(
