UnPlanned Outage - retrace - 2020-10-31

The retrace server ran out of disk space earlier today. I tried to free up things but there are a large number of podman overlays stored which started growing to over 4GB per overlay in the last couple of days. It is unclear how to clean this up.

The retrace admins have been alerted to this problem.
