When trying to set a different default branch on a Pagure.io repo, clicking the "Make default" button reload the page without actually applying the new default branch. No messages are displayed, unless I try to set it to "master" (the existing default), in which case it tells me it did it successfully.
Oh...when you can.

Alright, so the issue isn't in the code base but in SELinux :(
The logs show this error when trying to change the default branch of a project:
_pygit2.GitError: failed to rename lockfile to '/srv/git/....git/HEAD': Permission denied
Turning off SELinux makes this work. Let's see if we can fix SELinux
