It seems like our PR's are not being checked by Zuul anymore.
Look at:
https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/pull-requests
The last one checked was 3 months ago. ;(
Bring back the zuul goodness!

The first thing we might need to check is to see if the webhook url is set up correctly still in the fedora-infra/ansible repo settings.
Would someone with access to the repo settings be able to check the value of the option? It is in the pagure settings, under Project Options, and the `Web-hooks field should be in there.
Project Options
`Web-hooks
AFAICT, it should be https://softwarefactory-project.io/zuul/api/connection/pagure.io/payload
the webhook is configured to: https://softwarefactory-project.io/zuul/api/connection/pagure.io/payload
https://softwarefactory-project.io/zuul/api/connection/pagure.io/payload
Could you add the Zuul user to the ticket group for fedora-infra/ansible ? I'm seeing this in the logs: zuul.driver.pagure.pagureconnection.PagureAPIClientException: Unable to GET on https://pagure.io/api/0/fedora-infra/ansible/webhook/token (code: 401) due to: {'error': 'You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this action', 'error_code': 'ENOTHIGHENOUGH'}
Done. Can we retrigger checks now?
Simply rebasing an open PR triggers zuul and we seem to be fine: https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/pull-request/330# :)
Closing as fixed as we can always re-open if needed
