I'm not sure when this first started misbehaving but it's had this banner for a while: *The permissions on this repository are being updated. This may take a while. During this time, you or some of the project's contributors may not be able to push to this repository. *

Fixed that one but just now noticed another one is stuck (can't update it, can't delete it, still says "The permissions on this repository are being updated.")
