Repo was mirrored to a wrong location (with capital I) (https://pagure.io/fedora-I10n/fedora-localization-statistics), still needs doing, don't have access rights to proper location.
@jibecfed I can do this if you add me to https://pagure.io/group/fedora-l10n group. Removal of the original requires membership of that git (admin).

I'll take this and update the DB and git repos on disk
