Describe what you would like us to do:
I am currently unable to access the "Settings" tab for any of my packages on src.fedoraproject.org, with pagure displaying this banner:
"You must sign the FPCA (Fedora Project Contributor Agreement) to use pagure"
While accessing project settings for my projects on pagure works fine now.
I have already cleared all Fedora / pagure cookies and logged out and back in, but it did not help.
I have also checked my Profile in the new accounts.fp.o web application, and the FPCA is listed under "Agreements" - I assume it is only listed for accounts that have actually signed it? The UI is not clear.
When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD):
Not exactly urgent, but it is annoying and blocks administrative work (since I can't add access for SIG groups to my packages, for example).

The fix has been applied manually on src.fp.o, it worked for me, could you test it as well?

I just tried:
And in both cases, clicking the "Settings" tab redirects me to "src.fedoraproject.org" main page and shows me the FPCA popup.
Damn it, I worked for me yesterday and I can reproduce it again this morning. Going to look into it :)

After manually logging out, clearing cookies, and logging back in, accessing the Settings tab now works as expected. Thank you!
