Reopen Issue

I was trying to set this up, ran into a glitch, and did not actually get the token configured on my phone.

Now I can neither remove 2fa or add another token (since 2fa is now required to do so). If there were recovery codes presented in the qr code dialog, I missed those too, unfortunately.

Done.
