#9798 Can't log in to pagure.io or src.fp.o since noggin migration
Closed: Fixed 3 years ago by codeblock. Opened 3 years ago by codeblock.

Describe what you would like us to do:

Since the noggin migration, I can't create a new session on pagure.io or src.fp.o. I can only write this ticket because I have an existing, long-standing session. But if I try to log in with a new browser or use private browsing, it won't let me log in. This reproduces consistently for me across several browsers and systems. The reproducer is:

  • Go to src.fedoraproject.org or pagure.io in a browser that doesn't already have a session.
  • Click login button at the top
  • Type in credentials on id.fp.o
  • Get redirected back to src.fedoraproject.org or pagure.io, but with no session.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

N/A

How many, how long ssh keys are you using?

ipsilon has:

[Mon Mar 29 19:43:21.446932 2021] [wsgi:error] [pid 697289:tid 697292] [remote 192.168.1.63:39528] [29/Mar
/2021:19:43:21] ERROR: WARNING: Response size exceeded 4KB. Apache will most likely abort the request.

Only one key, 16384 bit rsa. It hasn't been an issue before, I've used that key for a long time.

Switching to a smaller key fixed it (after pagure gave me a 500 trying to log in the next time).
