We'd like to switch on Private Bugs feature on packager dashboard. For that, we need to verify if a user is logged in and is in a packager group. Currently, oraculum cannot receive groups information for a user.

We'd need that permission for client_id: "oraculum", both on stg and prod ipsilon.

This is something that is set by the application when it queries ipsilon (ie: I need to know, X, Y and Z about the user).
