The page was removed as initial-setup is no longer used. If you find any references on other pages they should be updated to reflect the change to ignition.

The navigation panel still points to it. I'll checkout the other pages to see if there are references to it.
Are there any rencet changes to initial setup due to Ignitiion that I should test

@iverma I don't see it on the Nav page anymore, although the docs pages are quite actively cached so I've found in the past a shift+reload is required if you accessed something recently.

I did find some references that were missed and I fixed those in commit 6263464 and that should go live with the next auto push of the docs site.

Let me know if you find anything else, grep thinks I have them all.
