Issue #79: Page "Moving between stable and development nightly build trees" is out of date and confusing and should be deleted - iot-docs

https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/iot/moving-between/ is way out of date (mentions F29) and includes confusing information.

As far as i can tell, it's also not referred to by any other page.

It should be deleted.
