#8 GSOC: Regular blog series for auto rollback project
Closed: fixed by pbrobinson. Opened by dustymabe.

Let's try to have @lorbus regularly send out blog posts with updates for the community to follow. I'd say we should target a 2 week cadence for blog posts if possible.

  • Blog 1: before June 1st, can probably already be written about greenboot and the collaboration done so far (mention systemd email)
  • Blog 2: on or before June 15
  • Blog 3: "" June 29
  • Blog 4: July 13
  • Blog 5: July 27
  • Blog 6: August 10

We can post links to blog posts and do any brainstorming we need to in this ticket.

@lorbus FYI

First blog post is out: https://medium.com/@c.glombek/introducing-greenboot-3246ca55432d

@lorbus can you also add this to the Fedora Planet?

@pbrobinson done, it's already been picked up by the planet if you scroll down a bit. Next post will go to the top :)

I couldn't get myself to write blog posts about stuff that wasn't working just yet, hence the final report is only the second one. Once we have stable F29 composes, I'll post at least one more, describing how this all works end-to-end!
