I'm unable to find where @ankursinha proposed that. I don't see a ticket and I don't find that on telegram.
C: Progress check tag is not too much indicative as it is right now. It could be extended in more progress check tags, like: C: Progress check 1 C: Progress check 2 C: Progress check 3
C: Progress check
C: Progress check 1
C: Progress check 2
C: Progress check 3
This way we can have a look if people was contacted one or more time.

+1 this really is a great idea! I've created 3 progress check tags now. The third one is the final one. If a newcomer does not respond within 2 weeks of the final check, the ticket can be closed.
So, each progress check allows 2 weeks for the newcomer to respond. I wonder if this needs to be documented somewhere too?
