Please let discuss in this ticket the improvements of this trac, such as the combo-boxes below and any other stuff we can manage.

I've added a "General" component and a "task" ticket type. What other components/ticket types would we need?

We have the trac publishing to fedmsg, and email notifications going out to fedora-join@fp.o. At the moment, the reply to is set to nobody@fp.o - I was wondering if I should change this to the ML address?

Another things is milestones - per release, or two milestones per release? They're generally helpful in task completion - sort of deadlines?
