#207 Add one last tag to "Welcome-to-fedora": "Feedback"

Perhaps it'll be good for us to collect feedback from people who successfully complete the process and become part of Fedora so that we can tweak the process and keep improving it.

So, what do we think of adding a tag "S: Feedback" as the last tag of the journey? When they've become Fedora we request them to give us their comments on the process?

No, like everything else this will be timeboxed. We can come up with a standard set of questions, and we can give folks a week to fill it in. Since they'd be active community members by then, this shouldn't see a lack of responses.
