From our discussion at the meeting, this is what we've come up with:

• encourage experienced + skilled community members to sign up as community mentors
• set up and maintain the processes + infrastructure required to manage community mentors:
  • addition of new mentors
  • keeping an up to date list of current mentors
  • removal of (inactive) mentors
  • track performance of mentors
• set up the processes + infrastructure that enables community members to find community mentors
