I know what it intends to imply---that the user decided to not continue the process, but "give up" has a negative connotation in lots of cultures, and it isn't necessary that someone left the process because they gave up. Maybe they just didn't want to continue it, for whatever reason---they didn't give up, they didn't want to invest time in it. "giving up" has a connotation on the lines of "not having the ability", which is not always the case, and does not quite feel like we're being "excellent to each other" when we use this phrase
So, can we tweak this tag to something more neutral and general? Ideas?
I'll update the tag once we find a replacement.
Just to note that also the ticket itself, when closed, has a reason like "Invalid", "Inactive", "Incomplete".
suggestions for positive language:
the user focuses on something else, user has different priorities
I've modified it to "S: user closed" with a description that the "user has moved on to other projects/communities".
