Several users are affected by this bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2026789 and upstream bug here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=431219

Apparently the problem is caused by this patch: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/plasma-workspace/blob/rawhide/f/plasma-workspace-5.3.0-set-fedora-default-look-and-feel.patch and related to how we create the "fedora theme".

Collaboration from upstream KDE developers like @ngraham or @apol would be greatly appreciated.

After discussing with @ngraham , he and @ngompa seem to have find the cause of the problem. Bug submitted upstream here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446569
