Appears plasma-discover's flatpak backend isn't installed by default as far as I can tell.

Options:
1 do nothing
2 do install plasma-discover-flatpak by default
3 do install plasma-discover-flatpak by default on kinoite only, by default

Voting for option 2. It is currently enabled in Kinoite (I have not figured out exactly why yet).
