This is a regression, F37K 8000hz polling works.

8000hz mouse behaviour is sluggish and erratic.

1000hz mouse polling works fine in F38K.

I've no idea whether this is where to report this issue, please inform me if incorrect.

This is most likely a regression with kwin. Please file a bug upstream at bugs.kde.org on kwin for this.
